OK, I'll be first. I am Borys. I co-founded Filmaster with Adam. After some half year of development we have decided to go the open source path as this seems much cooler than doing it all by ourselves. We are hoping to attract django and python developers from all around the world to work together with us and create the best niche social network on the planet and the best (movie) recommendation engine ever. Wanna join?

Hi, I'm Jacob. I'm quite a beginner in this kind of projects, but I hope to gain much experience and simultaneously help in developing Filmaster. I've been working a bit on recommendation engine with two friends and we have come to some results. I will try to spare some free time and improve it such it would be possible to use it on Filmaster.

Hi. I'm Filip. I was working on recommendation with Jacob. I recently haven't got much spare time, so I didn't make any commitment in developing Filmaster. But now I have a lot of free time, so I hope I'll write some code for the project.

I'm Gavin. I'm in Beijing, China. I'm now a Dev in Microsoft China. But I decide to quit since I don't like the culture of that big evil monster. I will join a very cool smaller company working on python based web applications. Although I have some experiences on web development, I'm still learning the Django.

Hi, I'm Lukasz. I heard about Filmaster before, but didn't have time to preview it. Thanks to Borys Musielak's speech at Jesien Linuksowa 2009 I received information about the project.

My company develops Django-based apps and that's why I get interested in Filmaster – I don't meet many people in Poland using this technology.

Hi! I'm a PostgreSQL DBA who can sling some code when I have to, but you shouldn't expect it to be pretty and elegant.  It might be one or the other.  Anyway, I keep a farm of slony replicated PostgreSQL databases happy, and would love to help you guys do capacity planning and server setup if you need any help.  I'd also like to work on full text indexing / searching  This looks like a really cool idea for an open source website.
